For larger gatherings of 10 or more at Florent, we propose a set/selected menu for the evening organise in advance. This will ensure both top-notch quality and service for you and your group.

Every week, our chef creates a new four-course “chef’s menu” with fresh seasonal products and includes an appetizer, 1st course, between, main course and dessert. Our chef’s menu changes weekly to reflect seasonal changes.
Are you interested instead in a three-course Chef’s Menu , we can customise which dishes/courses we serve…let us know and we can formulate this menu with you in advance.

If you’re interested in offering your guests more options, you can choose our 3- or 4-course menu, including for example flammkuchen prior to dinner.
When your group arrives, we can serve a variety of flammkuchen to satisfy their initial hunger. Afterwards, we can ask each guest individually for their menu selection.

Again for any dietary restrictions or wishes, we can take those into account.

Florent endeavors to work responsibly with the environment. Therefore, we don’t offer bottled water, but have invested in a purification filtered system and serve Utrecht tap water in carafes. Flat and / or sparkling water for the entire evening will be served at a cost of 3.75 EUR per four people.
